2017 has been a great year at Userback, we take on board all of your generous feedback and implement changes on a very regular basis so if you have any suggestions, please let us know as your feedback goes a long way to shaping the future of what we believe is one of the best visual user feedback tools.
Close the feedback loop with your reporters and make their feedback more meaningful with reporter notifications. When your reporters provide feedback they can choose to by updated by your public comments.
Any public comments made inside Userback or inside the feedback viewer will be sent as an email notification to your reporters.
Reporter notifications are available on all Userback paid plans!
Since reporter notifications mean you’ll need to decide which comments are sent, you’ll now have the option to select if your comments are private or internal comments only or public. Feedback inside your userback account has been updated to select between public or internal along with all comments and replies on feedback in the feedback viewer. Go check it out!
If your project takes screenshots that are missing images or aren’t pixel perfect. Userback has been updated to give you more flexibility depending on whether your project is Live or on a Local Host. Edit your project to select between Live and Local to try it out.
The Chrome extension has been the browser extension of choice since Userback started. We’re pleased to announce that Mozilla has approved the official Userback Firefox addon. Test more browsers, find more bugs. Get more feedback.
