Over the last few months, we’ve been working hard to improve Userback.
In particular, we wanted to help you save time when collaborating with customers on their feedback.
Because we understand you’re not in the business of managing feedback. You’re in the business of building better websites and improving digital experiences for your customers.
So in this article, I’m going to share with you our best time-saving features so you can become a feedback ninja with all the right tools to do what you do best!
You've always been able to add comments with your feedback in Userback. But we recently made a few small improvements to how it's done.
So if you need to keep customers up to date on their feedback, or ask for a bit more information, just tick the box to "Email reporter" when adding comments to feedback in your account.
It doesn’t get easier than that! Check out this help article to learn more about using comments in Userback.
It's great when you get feedback and suggestions from customers. But what do you do when you need a second opinion?
Well, with Userback you can easily share feedback with anyone and even open it up for public comments.
Just share the feedback URL and turn on public access and commenting. This allows anyone with the URL to view the feedback and add their own comments.
This feature is perfect for internal projects as it lets reporters see the feedback that’s already been submitted by others.
For example, suppose you’re doing QA on a client project and you have lots of feedback to provide. By using the “See all feedback” feature you can quickly see what’s already been submitted. This way, you don’t have to waste time giving feedback on something that someone else has already reported.
Instead, quickly see what’s already been submitted and even add your own comments if you need to.
If you manage multiple web projects for your clients, you’ll love our Client Role feature.
It’s a great way to collaborate with clients as they can log in to Userback to view and track the feedback on their project.
They can even turn on notifications to stay updated on key events relating to their feedback. Which is great for you as you won’t need to worry about having to keep them up to date.
And don’t worry… you can restrict their access to see only the feedback for their own projects.
Another time-saving feature that is great for managing multiple web projects is “Copy projects”.
Instead of creating new projects from scratch, simply copy an existing project and tweak it as required.
Ok, so this isn’t really a feature but it’s a great workaround that will save you time when getting feedback on images.
Instead of emailing customers with mockups and images, upload them to a web browser and use our browser extension instead. Check out this help article to see how it’s done.
So there you have it. With these 5 time-saving features, you’ll be a feedback ninja before you know it!
And if you’re not already collecting feedback with Userback, don’t worry. It’s easy to get started. Simply sign up for a free trial account to get instant access to all the above features and more
