Userback is a great way to get feedback on any web page.
But as every designer knows, there's a lot of work that happens behind the scenes before a web page sees the light of day.
There's graphic design, images and mockups that all need feedback and approval from clients and team members.
So to help collect and manage feedback for all your design and web projects in one place, Userback now lets you upload images and share them for feedback.
Here's how it's done.
To upload an image for feedback, select "Designs" from the top menu and click "Upload Design”.
Once your image is uploaded, the next step is to share it so that others can give you their feedback.
Hover your mouse over the image and click "Get feedback" to see your share options.
To share your image, you can either copy the private link and manually share it with others. Or you can enter an email address and we'll send them all the details.
Reporting feedback on images works the same way as reporting feedback on websites.
So after sharing your image for feedback, people simply click the "Feedback" button and follow the prompts to add their comments.
When new feedback is submitted, you will be notified as per your project’s notification settings.
To view the feedback, simply head over to "Projects", select your chosen project and click the "Feedback" menu.
From here you can manage feedback on your images in the same way as managing feedback on your web projects.
This new feature is available right now in your account and is included in our Agency and Corporate plans. Customers on our Team plan can trial the feature until 20th April.
We hope you like this new feature for collecting feedback on images! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
