How to connect Userback with live chat tools

Live chat tools are a great way for website visitors to interact with your company.

But when you have an icon for giving feedback and another for live chat, it can get quite crowded on the page. Some visitors may get confused about where to click and others may give up altogether.

Wouldn't it be great if there was a way to merge feedback and live chat together?

Even though Userback does not yet have direct integrations with live chat tools like Intercom, Drift and Zendesk Chat, we did some digging and found some options for you.

How to connect Userback with Intercom

Step 1:

Follow the instructions from Intercom to hide the Intercom Messenger.

Step 2:

Go to the widget settings in Userback and add the code below to the Contact Us Link.

Step 1:

Go to your Drift Widget settings, and turn "Drift Widget icon visibility" off.

Step 2:
